Responsibilities
- Deal assigned table games accurately while continuously monitoring table funds, chip movements, and overall game flow.
- Maintain strict control over gaming cards, chips, and equipment to ensure game integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Observe and evaluate player behavior to identify potential cheating, unusual play patterns, or other suspicious activity.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to player needs, answering questions, and fostering a positive and engaging gaming atmosphere.
- Process and pay all winning wagers accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold safety and security protocols to protect guests, team members, and casino assets.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property amenities, services, promotions, and special events to assist and inform guests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support table games operations and overall casino performance.
Qualifications
- Technical school education in dealing specified game or equivalent experience.
- Must hold a valid Colorado gaming license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Understand and adhere to all Colorado of Gaming regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
- Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Public relations and guest service skills.
- Able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Accuracy in completing assigned duties.
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period.
