About the role
Resorts Casino Hotel is excited to announce an In-House Table Games Dealer training program. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an outgoing personality, a passion for customer service, and a desire to work in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Obtain a casino employee registration (license) from the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
- Work in a casino environment.
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as assigned.
- Stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to effectively communicate in English.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Successfully complete dealer training program and demonstrate proficiency for the games learned.
