DEALER TRAINEE

About the role

Resorts Casino Hotel is excited to announce an In-House Table Games Dealer training program. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an outgoing personality, a passion for customer service, and a desire to work in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a casino employee registration (license) from the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
• Work in a casino environment.
• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as assigned.
• Stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to effectively communicate in English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Successfully complete dealer training program and demonstrate proficiency for the games learned.
