Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate and partner with the Area Sales Manager (ASM), and POD team members (RMs, ARMs) to develop and execute cohesive market strategies and achieve unified sales goals.
- Drive superior success by contributing to and supporting the POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform, and owning the customer adoption and retention lifecycle, which includes:
- Driving process improvements aligned with superior customer outcomes and the overarching Capital One Sales Process.
- Providing subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform when representing the Sales organization.
- Product and Process troubleshooting, specifically relating to Navigator Platform.
- Frequent, in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle.
Basic Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in Process Management.
- At least 1 year of experience in Relationship Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in Process Management.
- 2+ years of experience in Relationship Management.
Pay
Salaries for Dealer Success Manager candidates hired to work in the Sales Territory are listed as $109,900 - $125,400 annually. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
