Dealer School Table Games Instructor

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide instruction of Casino Dealer School table games courses as directed by enrollments and as assigned by your supervisor
• Prepare daily instructional lesson plans based upon curriculum
• Instruct in a manner consistent with the philosophy, policies, and guidelines of the college
• Attend departmental meetings as requested
• Maintain professional and effective communication
• Assess the learning outcomes listed in the course guide or syllabus of the class
• Evaluate and document student performance using established methods, rubrics, and criteria

Required Qualifications

• Background and expertise in subject area
• Current Floor Supervisor or above 4+ years’ casino industry experience
• Experience dealing blackjack and at least one of the following games: baccarat, craps or roulette, and a working knowledge of novelty games
• Flexibility and reliability are essential
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with computer applications
• High school degree or equivalent

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits

• Pay dates occur on the 7th and 22nd of each month. If those dates fall on a weekend, the pay date occurs on the Friday prior to the 7th and 22nd
