Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide instruction of Casino Dealer School table games courses as directed by enrollments and as assigned by your supervisor
- Prepare daily instructional lesson plans based upon curriculum
- Instruct in a manner consistent with the philosophy, policies, and guidelines of the college
- Attend departmental meetings as requested
- Maintain professional and effective communication
- Assess the learning outcomes listed in the course guide or syllabus of the class
- Evaluate and document student performance using established methods, rubrics, and criteria
Required Qualifications
- Background and expertise in subject area
- Current Floor Supervisor or above 4+ years’ casino industry experience
- Experience dealing blackjack and at least one of the following games: baccarat, craps or roulette, and a working knowledge of novelty games
- Flexibility and reliability are essential
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with computer applications
- High school degree or equivalent
Pay, Schedule, and Benefits
- Pay dates occur on the 7th and 22nd of each month. If those dates fall on a weekend, the pay date occurs on the Friday prior to the 7th and 22nd
