Dealer Part Time (LINQ LV)

Responsible for

• Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets
• Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures
• Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary
• Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests
• Maintains attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies

Qualifications

• Presents a well-groomed appearance
• Age requirement: 21 years of age
• 6 months multiple games dealing experience required in (Current specific games requirements, ie., Blackjack, Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, and /or Pai Gow)
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills
• Willingness to work any day of the week and any shift
• Good relationship with co-workers and ability to work as a team
• Cards needed: Gaming License

Additional Requirements

• Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to respond calmly and manage many customers’ demands in a fast-paced environment
• Able to memorize game rules and procedures as well as perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets quickly and accurately
• Able to accurately balance chip bank at the beginning and end of shift
• Able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
