Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders and resolve issues related to transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with problem-solving
- Follow up on customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service preferred
