About the role
Westlake Financial is a leading privately held auto finance company with a strong growth trajectory. We serve over 25,000 dealer partners across North America and are seeking talented individuals to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Educate and train current and potential dealer partners on Westlake programs
- Identify and pursue sales prospects and referrals
- Manage and develop relationships with dealers within the assigned area
- Communicate with dealers to discuss current programs and fast funding requirements
- Assist in loan approvals and provide solutions for profitable loan structures
- Prepare and present sales contracts and sales materials
- Attend marketing events and participate in telemarketing efforts
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies
- Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license required for significant local travel
- Knowledge of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL beneficial
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
