About the role

This role is ideal for professionals with strong deal networks, market knowledge, and a track record of sourcing actionable investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Sources and submits off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
  • Provides context on deal structure, economics, and strategic rationale
  • Introduces deals directly to investors, sponsors, and analysts within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
  • Earns transaction-based compensation for deals that close
  • Builds a verified track record of successful deal origination

Qualifications

  • Operators, founders, or executives with visibility into real transactions
  • Brokers or intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
  • Advisors or consultants with close relationships to capital needs
