Responsibilities
- Sources and submits off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
- Provides context on deal structure, economics, and strategic rationale
- Introduces deals directly to investors, sponsors, and analysts within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
- Earns transaction-based compensation for deals that close
- Builds a verified track record of successful deal origination
