Job Requirements
- 2+ years B2B Tech Industry; Deal Desk, Finance, or Operations experience
- Must be able to communicate clearly with global team members
- Experience working with Sales team members and coaching reps on best practices, deal processes, and requirements
- Technical understanding of how software licenses and renewals work
- Comfortable working in a global organization and adhering to deadlines
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules
- Basic understanding of business contracts and agreements
- Ability to review contracts, financials and other relevant information, and interpret results
- Self-starter, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with sound decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask
- Proactive mindset and approach
- Personal accountability and strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential
- Able to establish milestones and prioritize assignments and adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively
- Proficient technical skills including Salesforce, MS Word, MS Excel, and Google applications
Job Responsibilities
- Efficient execution of deals through processes and workflows
- Continuous review of deal progression and collaboration with colleagues to ensure optimal deal cycle times and flawless execution
- Review Sales-pricing requests for quotes, provide feedback and coaching, ensure compliance with published sales and business policies, and approve or escalate requests as needed based on policy and business judgment
- Manage all deal documentation
- Ensure close collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance leads on deal status / progression, forecast accuracy, etc
- Ensure deal compliance with internal processes and policies
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and processes with the highest attention to detail
- Licence Server Management
- CPQ experience, including tool implementation and daily use
- Analyze and summarize financial numbers and metrics for review by management
