Description The Deal Desk Analyst serves as a key partner to the Sales team, acting as the primary escalation point for non-standard deals. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, compliant quotes and facilitating smooth contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively across departments to streamline sales execution and improve margins. You’ll make an impact by Deliver high quality, compliant quotes while managing case load efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction between the Deal Desk and the Sales teamPartner with the Sales teams in the quote creation process.Ensure that appropriate amendments and documentation are associated with each quoteSupport and coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Product teams.Identify trends, errors, and process inefficiencies; proactively recommend solutions.
