About the Opportunity
The Deal Desk Analyst role supports the daily deal operations within the Revenue Operations organization. This position ensures timely and accurate processing of quotes, order forms, and approvals, acting as the primary support contact for sales representatives, customer success managers, and revenue managers. The role helps maintain deal momentum and contributes to efficient quote to cash processes.
Responsibilities
- Process quotes, order forms, and amendments accurately and within service level agreements.
- Manage deal approvals, tracking status and engaging necessary approvers to minimize cycle times.
- Serve as first point of contact for pricing, packaging, and process inquiries, advising on contract options to facilitate deal closure.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy in opportunity and quote records within Salesforce.
- Assist with order processing and prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Identify complex or non-standard deals for escalation to senior team members.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to facilitate and execute deals.
- Support and improve CPQ tools and associated workflows.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with CPQ and quote to cash processes, including Salesforce and DealHub or similar tools.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle high transaction volumes and period-end pressures.
- Strong service mindset and clear communication skills.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and revenue recognition.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with some ambiguity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Target annual compensation up to $140,000 salary plus 10% bonus and equity.
