Deal Desk Analyst
HubSpot’s Sales Operations Team is on a mission to change the way companies do business from the inside out. We're looking for an analyst to help build out a Deal Desk function, developing and implementing customized commercial SaaS offerings to meet the needs of HubSpot’s upmarket customers and sales teams. This role will also serve as a key point of contact for renewal contract negotiations, particularly with strategic customers.
Responsibilities
- Create customized SaaS contractual offerings for use at scale for HubSpot's upmarket customers
- Earn trusted advisor status to the sales team, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions
- Act as a liaison for sellers between multiple groups (e.g., sales ops, finance, product, sales leadership, legal) to help facilitate deal closures
- Implement existing deal and approval processes that support a high-velocity sales motion
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance, or Sales Operations role
- High emotional intelligence—genuine empathy for others and the ability to maximize impact by understanding team motivations and adapting communication accordingly
- Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Ability to provide input across multiple projects and initiatives to scale the function simultaneously
- Accountability—honest, transparent, and authentic communication with colleagues, regardless of personal ramifications
- Resourcefulness—navigating ambiguous problems with thoughtful and calculated solutions
- Ability to build trust and become a true business partner to the sales team on both strategic and operational challenges
- Experience working with GTM organizations and understanding/empathy for sellers
- Passion for operational excellence
- Experience supporting complex contract renewals
Preferred Qualifications
- System enhancement/process improvement experience
- Experience in a customer-facing Deal Desk or Revenue Ops role
- Experience partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders: legal, finance, product, and operations
Pay
Annual cash compensation range: $81,400–$122,100 USD. This includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan. Some roles are eligible for restricted stock units (RSUs) and overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Schedule
HubSpot values flexibility and connection. Employees may work remotely or from an office, with in-person onboarding required for Engineering roles.
