Deal Coster

Responsibilities

• Review and verify all automotive sales deals for accuracy and completeness
• Calculate and input deal costs, including taxes, fees, and other charges
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in deal costs and paperwork
• Maintain accurate records of all deals and related financial transactions
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices is a plus

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
