Deal Advisory & Financial Diligence Manager

Metro Jacksonville (Hybrid) ICX Group is seeking a Deal Advisory & Financial Diligence Manager to join a growing regional advisory and accounting firm. This role will support middle-market M&A transactions by providing financial due diligence, earnings analysis, and transaction-related advisory services for private equity groups, strategic buyers, and business owners across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence and earnings analysis engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze financial performance, normalized EBITDA, and working capital trends.
• Prepare detailed client deliverables and communicate findings to transaction stakeholders.
• Research accounting and financial reporting matters related to M&A activity.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting tight transaction timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative advisory culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and analytical review procedures.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience with data analytics, automation, or AI tools is a plus.
