Responsibilities
- Provide training and consultation to programs regarding medical issues, procedures, and techniques, and health and wellness practices.
- Assess and provide individualized education related to person’s health and disease processes; reinforce wellness and preventative health measures.
- Review clinical records on a regular basis to ensure adequate services and supports are provided, including any applicable medical interventions, tests, or preventative care as necessary.
- Provide oversight to the Medication Administration Program and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensed in Massachusetts, required.
- Experience with adults with disabilities strongly preferred.
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and verbal communication skills required.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay and Schedule
- This is a 40-hour position assigned to residential programs in the Worcester, South Norfolk, and greater Boston areas.
- The schedule for this position is day shift Monday through Friday.
