Responsibilities

• Absorb and implement individualized service plans.
• Assist with limited personal care, including direct care duties, occasional lifting, medication administration (with training), documentation, transportation, behavioral intervention, role modeling, and recreational activities.
• Implement all procedures ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and maintaining the physical site's cleanliness and safety.
• Aid individuals in accessing and/or providing transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

Qualifications

• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
• Basic computer skills.
