Responsibilities

• Support people with developmental disabilities during the overnight and morning hours under the guidance of the Awake Overnight Counselor.
• Sleep during the overnight hours but remain available in case of crisis.
• Aid in the morning hours as needed.
• Participate in the development and accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the program.
• Implement all prescribed medication and medical protocols in accordance with agency and MAP policies.
• Develop and implement all individualized service and behavior plans.
• Ensure nightly checklist is complete by the end of the shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Qualifications
