About the role

Assists in the production of quality parts by ensuring production machines are well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Replenish fluids/lubrication
• Perform daily preventative maintenance check
• Remove and dispose chips/shavings
• Carry out 5S activities
• Perform Deep preventative maintenance to entire machines
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs. and stand the entire shift
• Must know basic shop math
• Must have good communication skills
• Able to work weekend overtime as required

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak English well enough to successfully pass safety training
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers
• Able to follow instructions
• Concentrate on a task over several minutes without being distracted
• Able to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern

Skills

• Basic shop math skills
• Good communication skills

Benefits

• 2nd shift differential of $2.00 per hour
• 3rd shift differential of $3.00 per hour

Pay

• $19.00 starting wage
