Amazon’s Data Center Operations (DCO) team is seeking a night-shift technician to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot the IT hardware that powers our data centers.
Responsibilities
- Server Repair – troubleshoot hardware failures, identify root causes, and repair or replace failing components
- High-Impact Event Response – respond to network failures (e.g., link outages, rack-downs) and high-priority hardware repairs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of network design, protocols, and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting

Pay
Starting pay: $32.16 – $56.29 USD hourly (final pay based on experience, qualifications, and location)
