DCA Enterprise Project Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Project Manager will lead the final stages of software onboarding for Emphasys, supporting the Housing Finance and Development Division's database platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the onboarding of the software
• Develop and track a project plan, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Cook up and coordinate teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities, including internal team meetings and weekly meetings with the vendor (Emphasys)
• Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local housing finance regulations and program requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as primary liaison between internal and external departments, staff, leadership, vendors, consultants, and external partners
