DC Splitter/Picker (Full-Time) - 2nd Shift - Marshall, MN

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Scan merchandise into inventory using scanning equipment.
• Print price tags and price merchandise accordingly.
• Break down merchandise into smaller quantities for shipping to retail locations.
• Responsible for accurate allocation of quantities.
• Submit packing slips and freight bills as necessary.
• Cross check quantities to packing slip, making necessary notations when needed.
• Load merchandise onto proper pallet, shrink wrap when necessary.
• Practice safety in the workplace by using safe work habits.
• Complete daily pick orders for all stores.
• Rotate stock in bins; first in – first out.
• Submit packing slips and freight bills as necessary.
• Operate fork-lifts, reach trucks, and/or pick machines.
• Manage bin inventories and notify manager of discrepancies.
• Routine daily maintenance of lift trucks.

Mental And Physical Requirements

• Computer skills required.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Long periods of standing.
• Frequent bending and twisting.

Educational And Training Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Distribution Center environment. Cold and warm conditions.

Pay

Pay Range: $17.00-$19.00 depending on experience.

Schedule

This position will be scheduled work hours generally between 3:00 P.M. and 1:00 A.M. - 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday). Occasional hours may be required on Friday and/or Saturday during peak times.
