DC Sorter

Responsibilities

• Operate dry cleaning machines, steam tunnels, presses, and finishing equipment
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, and special care instructions
• Pre-treat stains and ensure proper cleaning techniques are applied
• Press and finish garments to professional standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with sorting, tagging, and packaging cleaned garments
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dry cleaning or garment care preferred but not required (training provided)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
