Mission
This role leads technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain expertise in Defined Contribution administration and other company capabilities
- Articulate Defined Contribution value proposition and key differentiators
- Collaborate with Delivery Leaders to bring market insights to the sales process
- Aid Sales Executives in developing prospect sales strategies
- Lead sales meetings and tailor solution presentations based on client needs
- Review and provide input on RFP responses related to Defined Contribution
- Cook feedback with product owners to inform enhancements and developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Defined Contribution administration
- Deep knowledge of Defined Contribution admin and delivery models
- Excellent client communication and consulting skills
- Flexibility to travel occasionally on short notice
