Essential Job Functions
- Perform order adjustments (repicks).
- Monitor, research, and resolve allocation issues in the Problem Resolution (Orders) program.
- Perform inventory transfers and adjustments as needed.
- Print and apply location label requests.
- Request repair and replacement of RF and Vocollect units.
- Review and research various reports.
- Research inventory discrepancies and explain large quantity on hand adjustments.
- Process stray parts.
- Research and correct item numbers and locations in the LogPro Quantity Correction program.
- Audit outbound parcels and inbound license plates daily and verify results.
- Perform daily audits and reconcile all items located in damage locations.
- Perform all job functions associated with relabel and changeover projects.
- Perform slotting jobs determined by the DC and the Slotting Task Force Leader.
- Maintain correct rule sets and assignments.
- Help maintain accurate dimensional data.
- Ensure the process of safe weight on beams.
- Perform all job functions associated with Factory Stock Adjustments, Factory Stock Lifts, Final Sweeps and Recalls.
- Perform daily cycle counts of select Freon item numbers.
- Perform a monthly inventory of critical supply items.
- Cycle count each DC location at least once per trimester and perform a Return Department Verification each quarter.
- Assist in maintaining ship percentage with on hand and DC shrink goals.
- Keep all work areas neat and clean, including cleanup of any spills that occur while performing job duties.
- Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.
Skills/Education/Experience Required
- Basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Familiarity with auto parts and knowledge of the automotive warehouse and/or store industry
- Working knowledge of the WMS operation systems and DC operations
- Advanced computer skills
- Mechanical Equipment certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
