Essential Job Functions
- Performance any tasks that is required by DC leadership, especially in area of specific designation (e.g. Inbound, Outbound, Quality Assurance, etc.).
- Research inventory discrepancies.
- Keep all work areas neat and clean, including clean up of any spills that occur while performing job duties.
- Observe all safety rules and regulations.
Trainer Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all document action is completed.
- Explain specific job duties/functions.
- To help ensure success of new team members, as well as to convey all departmental or procedural changes to existing team members.
Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities Required
- Basic computer skills.
- Must complete and pass company-standardized test.
- Must be able to work closely and well with others.
- Must be able to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately.
Desired Experience
- In warehouse environment.
- Alphanumeric stocking or RF directed stocking experience.
- Familiar with automotive parts.
- Advanced computer skills.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
