Responsibilities
- Perform on-line edits, and program changes with PLC’s and familiarity with box logic
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, replacing, calibrating, and testing malfunctioning (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical) components on high-speed machinery systems, and process control systems
- Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion, and perform system operational checks on high-speed machinery systems, industrial control systems, and instrumentation systems
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test components and technical publications
- Monitors work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure
- Attention and oversight of whole crew to employ good housekeeping habits
- PM completion goals and R&M involvement
- Warehouse refrigeration
