DC Lead 3rd Shift
Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders
- Schedules pick-up
- Train and coach employees
- Maintains performance and production goals
- Corrects errors and escalates to the proper individual
- Creates BOLs and bills orders
- Performs computer related tasks and runs reports
- Ensures that processes and policies are being followed
- Identifies and corrects production issues
- Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area
Requirements
- Education equivalent to four years of high school
- 2-3 Years General Labor Experience
- 2 years Lead experience preferred
Tools You’ll Bring With You
- Strong communications skills both oral and written
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions
- Operation of motorized forklift
