DC Infrastructure Operations Lead
About the role
The Data Center Infrastructure & Operations Lead will take day-to-day ownership of physical data center operations and the relationships with third‑party colocation providers. The position will lead structured cabling, fiber, equipment installation, remediation, and infrastructure‑improvement activities across supported facilities. This individual will direct technicians, vendors, contractors, and service providers while remaining prepared to perform hands‑on physical infrastructure work. The role will establish and enforce standards for cabling, labeling, testing, rack layouts, asset records, and operational documentation. It will also coordinate work across network, server, storage, cybersecurity, facilities, engineering, carrier, and vendor teams. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodlettsville, TN. Experience level: Intermediate. The role is fully onsite.
