Responsibilities
As a Hauler, you will retrieve and relocate all products from all facility areas and ensure proper placement of merchandise in its respective area. You will also:
- Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King's Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
- Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars
- Retrieve all merchandise on all receiving docks, stack lanes, and put-away locations
- Use RF scan guns to relocate merchandise and accurately assign products to their physical location
- Maintain product placement in respective and proper zone locations
- Complete all operational processes related to the relocation of merchandise
- Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate all facilities
