Responsibilities
- Direct quality assurance processes, tools, and quality standards alongside industrial teams.
- Improve reports evaluating standards or specialized testing methods to ensure results meet or exceed quality, timing, and cost standards.
- Contribute to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes.
- Assist audits and review quality data according to existing procedures and document results in the required format.
- Cook up data for technical documentation, enabling the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies, crafting continuous improvement impacts.
- Follow company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements closely.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a similar industry.
- Exceptionally diligent with a strong analytical outlook.
- Ability to successfully implement and refine QA protocols and processes.
- Strong collaboration abilities to engage effectively with industrial teams.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and detail quality data.
- Dedication to following company compliance and HSE policies.

Pay
Pay Range: $15.00 - $34.66 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
