2nd shift DC General Warehouse Associate, Equipment Operator, starting rate $23.50!

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining our exceptionally high standards.
• Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flawless flow of goods throughout the facility.
• Absorb and resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to determine and successfully implement solutions.
• Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, ensuring that every order meets our world-class quality standards.
• Resolve issues related to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
• Follow company compliance along with HSE policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our ambitious operational goals.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to contribute to the team’s success.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $15.00 - $30.15
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

Schedule

Shift start time typically is 3p-11:30p but can start at staggered times of 4p, 5p, or 6p.

Starting rate on 2nd shift: $23.50/hr
Additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance!
