DC City Counter Route Driver-Sat.-Wed.

Pay

$22.50 - $26.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance premiums and other premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and pickups on assigned city counter routes in an accurate, efficient, safe, and courteous manner.
• Deliver store orders safely and professionally using a company vehicle.
• Communicate with the city counter management team regarding parts delivery to stores on assigned routes.
• Manage delivery and pickup forms for company stores, city counter, and outside vendors.
• Ensure the O’Reilly delivery vehicle is maintained according to company policy.
• Deliver all orders accurately to the correct locations and follow specific route schedules and times.
• Perform quality checks on loads before loading to ensure correct parts are pulled and accounted for.
• Maintain safety standards while operating the vehicle and identify unsafe practices.
• Serve as a trainer for new team members if designated, ensuring training is conducted according to schedule and documentation is complete.
• Explain job duties, functions, and procedural changes to new and existing team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the DC Management team.

Requirements

• Clean driving record with the appropriate license required by state.
• Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, respectful attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) (desired).
• Previous driving experience (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish (highly desired).
