About the Role
The Distribution Center Associate supports inventory management, shipping operations, and distribution center processes to ensure accurate inventory records, timely shipments, and efficient workflow execution. This role works closely with distribution center team members to maintain inventory accuracy, process shipments, and support daily operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist Level 4 staff with placing garments into inventory.
- Count inventory manually and through the use of scanning equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
- Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot inventory issues and make corrections as needed.
- Utilize internal systems to process and manage invoices.
- Assemble corrugate cartons and packaging materials.
- Box and prepare units for shipment through FedEx and other carriers.
- Retrieve production from various areas of the facility as needed.
- Operate bagging equipment and apply stickers to poly bags.
- Ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain inventory-related records.
- Support distribution center projects and special assignments as needed.
- Assist with maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, inventory, or shipping experience preferred.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to use handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to accuracy.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily within a distribution center and warehouse environment. The role routinely involves inventory handling, shipping activities, use of scanning equipment, and movement throughout the facility.

Pay
The starting salary for this position is $15.50 per hour – $17.50 and may increase to $17.70 per hour depending on length of service with the Company and other factors. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
