DC Associate
About the role
RahrBSG is seeking a Part-Time DC Associate at their Oceanside, California location. This position involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within a distribution center. Key responsibilities include assembling customer orders, sorting and maintaining inventory, transferring materials between areas, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for shipment
- Sort and maintain stock inventory using RF scanner
- Transfer materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas
- Load and unload truck orders ensuring all loads are properly secured for outbound shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Maintain inventory records using worksheets and computer software
- Maintain and care for all equipment in the warehouse including forklifts
- Follow all safety procedures and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Forklift experience is an asset

Skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential. Forklift operation experience is preferred but not required.
