DBT Virtual Therapist

Brief Description

At Sagent Behavioral Health, we are seeking a DBT Therapist to join our team. This position offers a hybrid working model and is open to any Minnesota clinic with both outpatient (OP) and DBT patients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a virtual DBT Consultation team
• Complete mental health diagnostic assessments on new patients
• Provide high-quality ongoing therapy with patients
• Lead weekly DBT groups
• Maintain complete and organized outpatient electronic health records
• Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews

Requirements

• Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245i.04.02 regulations
• Unrestricted license (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP)
• Free Behavioral Tech 5-Day DBT Foundational™ training provided as part of employment
• Ongoing consultation & supervisor support

Pay

$58,000 - $122,000 commensurate with experience

Hybrid schedule with some onsite and telehealth sessions
