About the role
The Outpatient Clinical Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing the delivery of outpatient clinical services for mild to moderate behavioral health needs and substance use disorders in Network180’s Outpatient Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the delivery of outpatient clinical services for mild to moderate behavioral health needs and substance use disorders.
- Train and supervise staff providing outpatient clinical services.
- Provide consultation and supervision to clients and staff.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate with other departments within Network180 to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Full licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist.
- At least five years of progressively more responsible experience in human services.
- Training in and one year of experience providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology.
- Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years of clinical supervisory experience.
- MCBAP certification as a Certified Addiction Counselor-Dual Diagnosis (CAADC).
- Training and experience with Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
- Training and experience providing treatment to youth and young adults preferred for some positions.
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.

Pay
$68,667 - $96,134. The final job offer is based on several factors (internal equity, skills, education, experience, and credentials).
Schedule
This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503. It is a full-time, exempt position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are no weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements for this position.
