DBSL, Digital (U.S.A. Remote with 50% Travel)

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains in a Business Services environment. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Apply DBS methodologies to enhance business processes and drive growth
• Develop digital roadmaps and prioritize projects for growth initiatives
• Identify and deploy digital solutions to improve processes and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate automation and analytics opportunities
• Lead cross-functional digital projects ensuring alignment of business and technical needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or digital discipline (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Software, IT, Computer Science)
• 7+ years of experience leading business transformation initiatives in complex organizations
• Proven application of DBS or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders on technology solutions
• Proficient in business process mapping and translating business needs into digital solutions

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)

Pay

$115,000 – $155,000 annually
