About the role
We are currently hiring experienced retail managers. Starting salary range: $68,900 to $72,800 plus bonus annually.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure customer satisfaction and store operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in planning merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall store performance.
Requirements
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a senior store leadership position.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to exhibit a hands-on leadership style.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
