ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with our Recipients.

Responsibilities

• Support, encourage, and help with skill building activities for Recipients
• Bring Recipients into the community to support their personal goals
• Work in Recipients' homes in the Community of Mental Health recipients in Southeast Michigan

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
