About the Role

Do you enjoy working with precision tools, machining parts, and bringing designs to life? We’re looking for a Tool Room Machinist to set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality parts, tools, and fixtures. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining critical components while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-level craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
• Measure, mark, and machine metal parts to precise specifications and tolerances
• Inspect finished parts and verify dimensions using measuring tools
• Assemble, fit, and repair tools, fixtures, and mechanical components

Qualifications

• Machining, tool room, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong shop math skills (measurements, fractions, tolerances)
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machining tools and processes
