DAYS Nurse Unit Manager RN or LPN

Complete Care is hiring a full-time RN or LPN Unit Manager for day shift, Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate up to $47.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the unit
• Oversee clinical care and ensure adherence to high-quality standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes
• Mentor and support nursing staff to promote growth and teamwork
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company policies

Requirements

• Valid NJ RN or LPN License (required)
• Proven leadership experience in long-term or acute care settings
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to inspire those around you
