DAYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Compensation

• Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000.00
• Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (additional range noted: $30.00 – $36.00 / $35.00 – $40.00 per hour)
• Nurse Referral Bonus: $1,200
• Weekly pay every Thursday

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma)
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Minimum of five months of LPN experience

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide hands‑on care to one client at a time, building relationships and watching milestones
• Participate in paid training from day 1 (office, in‑home, online) and practice with adult and pediatric simulation labs
• Access around‑the‑clock clinical support by phone
• Use electronic charting with Statewise

Schedule

• Day‑shift, 1:1 private duty nursing
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
• Traditional shift lengths: 8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour
• Ongoing weekends
• No minimum hours required; options include full‑time, part‑time, or per diem
