Dayforce Implementation Test Lead

Job Requirements Build and maintain the test strategy, cycle schedule, entry and exit criteria, and test coverage mapped to approved requirements. Coordinate system integration testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing and payroll parallel testing with the relevant owners. Prepare test scenarios and data covering employee lifecycle events, country requirements, security roles, interfaces and downstream payroll impacts. Assign work to testers, review execution evidence and help business users complete testing consistently. Own the test repository and defect process. Lead triage with business and technical teams, confirm severity and business impact, and coordinate retesting. Report test progress, blocked scenarios, unresolved defects and readiness risks to the Project Manager and PMO. Produce test completion summaries and a readiness recommendation. Obtain documented business acceptance from accountable functional owners. Support cutover rehearsals, go-live validation and hypercare defect resolution; hand over reusable test assets to HRIS.
