Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Mentor and guide preschool children in their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with state and center standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote the child's achievement and support the center's success.

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
