About the role

We’re hiring passionate Infant/Toddler Lead Teachers to inspire children to become lifelong learners. As a Lead Teacher, you’ll care for children, develop educational experiences, and partner with families while following licensing and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Implement proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.

Pay

• Lead Teacher: $21.51–$23.91 per hour.
• Compensation based on position, education, and experience.
• Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday work week.
