About the role

Join a strong community where all we do is care for the children and families we serve every day, as well as for our dedicated team members. As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you will:

  • Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
  • Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
  • Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool, and development topics.
  • Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
  • Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
  • Ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
  • At least 18 years of age.

Pay

Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

  • Lead Teacher: $19.56–$20.32 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.
