Daycare - Infant/Toddler Teacher

About the role

Little Sprouts is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team in Milton, MA. This position is full-time and works on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Observe and document children's development and progress
• Communicate regularly with parents and other staff members
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual child needs
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid Massachusetts Early Education and Development License (EEDDL)
• Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a criminal history record check
• Pass a health clearance
