About the role

The Daycare Center Director position at Doodle Bugs! Children’s Learning Academy is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure an exceptional experience for families and children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daycare center, including curriculum development and implementation.
• Inspire and mentor a team of childcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations.
• Manage the budget and financial operations of the daycare center.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and community partners.
• Lead staff meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field OR a Children’s Program Administrator credential.
• At least 1 years of experience working with young children.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with child development and educational theories.

Pay

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Full-Time (40 hours per week, no nights or weekends)
