Key Responsibilities
- Entertain children with games, crafts, and approved interactive activities
- Maintain a friendly, caring, and positive attitude
- Ensure the safety of all children in the Kid's Club area by following strict safety procedures and administering first aid when necessary
- Verify all parents receive copies of Kid's Club policies
- Ensure proper check-in/check-out logs are completed, emergency cards are on file, and appropriate membership verifications or payments are processed
- Maintain a spotless, well-sanitized, and orderly environment
- Routinely check and clean all toys and equipment to ensure they meet our high health and safety standards
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents
- Professionally address or escalate behavioral issues, health alerts, or member complaints to the Kid's Club Lead or Operations Manager
Requirements & Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- Trust Line certified, LiveScan cleared, and compliant with all state-specific certifications
