Day Shifts (Pittsford) – Personal Care Aide Jobs (PCA)

About the role

As a Personal Care Aide, your day might include providing personal care to help clients feel clean and refreshed, preparing meals, tidying their home, ensuring they follow their medication schedule, and other care to keep them safe.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients
• Prepare meals and assist with recipes
• Tidy clients' homes to maintain a healthy environment
• Ensure clients follow their medication schedule
• Perform other care duties to keep clients safe
• Run errands and shop for clients (mileage paid)

Requirements

• Certified PCA, HHA, or CNA (expired PCA or HHA acceptable)
• Current CNAs can transition to HHA with a free one-day class
• Qualified nursing students can work as HHAs (ask for details)
• Caring, dependable, and meets health requirements
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Must be 18 or older

Pay

$18.65 per hour

Schedule

• Day shifts with various lengths and start times
• Flexible scheduling: work one shift a week, two shifts a week, or more
• Options ranging from 6 to 40 hours per week
• Paid travel time between cases
• Weekly paychecks (direct deposit or check available)
